Glennda Jean Taylor

Perrysville, Ind. - Glennda Jean Taylor, 75, of Perrysville, passed away at 9:48 a.m. EDT Sunday, September 3, 2017 at her residence.

She was born May 12, 1942 in Danville, Illinois the daughter of Orra Irene (Wakeland) and Glenn Bassett.

Survivors include her children, Lori A. Townsend of Louisville, Kentucky; Pamela J. (Brad) Bowman of Perrysville, Indiana and Alan D. Goodwin of Paris, Illinois; her parents, Irene (Glenn) Bassett of Perrysville, Indiana; eight grandchildren and thirteen greatgrandchildren.

Glennda was a graduate of Perrysville High School. She enjoyed gardening and listening to Elvis. Glennda especially enjoyed her fur babies Zoie and Tubby.

Visitation: Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. EDT at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date at Lower Mound Cemetery north of Perrysville, Indiana.
