WESTVILLE - Geraldine F. Williams Heaton, 80, passed away at 9:45am, Wednesday, September 13th, 2006, at Hoopeston Nursing Home. She was born on August 1st, 1926, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Pearlie and Margaret (Leintz) Leipart. She was married to Loyde D. Williams on March 9th, 1946. He preceded her in death on March 9th, 1988. She later married Orval Heaton on December 18th, 1992, in Danville, IL. He preceded her in death on December 13th, 2005. Those who will miss her include: her children, Randy (Eva) Williams of Georgetown, Dale (Missy) Williams of Missouri, & Penny (Dan) Goodrum of Hoopeston; her step-children, Robert Heaton of Westville, Marjorie Axtell of Westville, & Bertha (Walter) Scank of Westville; her ten grandchildren; her nine great grandchildren; her sisters, Lorraine (Joe) Gris of Antioch, IL, & LaVerne (Bill) Jacobs of Cicero, IL; and her special friend, Karen Phillips. Her parents, her brothers-James & Raymond Leipart, her sisters-Bernice Donald & Vivian West, and her daughter-Sherry Palomo, preceded Geraldine in death. Geraldine was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Westville and the Royal Neighbors of Cayuga. A celebration of Geraldines life will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 16th, 2006, at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel of Westville. William Connell will officiate. Visitation will be 11:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Scotland Cemetery in Chrisman, IL. Memorial donations may be made in her name to Hoopeston Community Memorial Nursing Home at 701 E Orange St, Hoopeston, IL, 60942
