Georgia 'Diane' Coronado

Georgia Diane Coronado, 64, of Danville, passed away at 4:44 a.m. Monday, May 30th , 2011 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Diane was born on March 5th, 1947, in Danville, the daughter of George B. and Dorothy (Redenbaugh) Wait Jr. She married Sergio Coronado on June 1st, 1984 in Danville. He survives. She is also survived by four sons- James (Ellen) See of Danville, Robert (Love) See of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Franklin L. (Sabrina) Hamblin of Lafayette, Indiana and Sergio Armando Coronado of Chicago, Illinois; two step-daughters- Crystal Sage of Hoopeston, Illinois and Lannette (Mitch) Jones of St. Augustine, Florida; two step-sons- Wayne Franklin (Anya) Hamblin of Watauga, Texas and Tommy (Myndi) Hamblin of Westville, Illinois; two sisters- Nancy Vaught of Gibson City, Illinois and Tammy (Julie) Wait of Champaign; niece- Silvia Coronado of Colton, California; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son- Scott See, granddaughter- Victoria See and a sister- Cheryl Laitas. Diane attended Danville High School. She worked at Montgomery Wards, Currency Exchange and Old Towne Video in Danville. She enjoyed traveling, decorating, flowers, meeting people and spending time with her family. A Memorial Service for Georgia Diane Coronado will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 3rd, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, a Life Celebration Home, with Pastor Phil Jackson officiating.
