Surrounded by his loved ones, George Lipousky was peacefully guided into the arms of our Dear Lord on November 20, 2019 at North Logan Health Care.
Born to Michael and Mary Lipousky on May 14, 1925, Georges beautiful and gentle spirit profoundly touched the lives of countless others.
Throughout his lifes journey, George so gracefully & intricately etched his wisdom, fortitude, selflessness and unconditional love into the lives of each & every person whom his beautiful spirit touched.
He united in marriage with the love of his life Rose, on October 15, 1949 and together they created a picturesque life. He was a heroic War World II Veteran (Marine Corporal/Master Sharpshooter), dedicated General Motors employee, a member of the Elks Blood Bank, Westville Legion Post 51, Westville School Board, as well as a former member of Trinity Church of Westville. Georges greatest joy arose from being a truly devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.
His passion and zest for life were so beautifully captured through his love of family, his Country, gardening, woodworking, fishing, baking and his devotion towards blessing the lives of others.
Georges faithfulness to our Savior, his family and others was awe inspiring and one of the most priceless gifts he bestowed upon those he leaves behind.
