George L. Colgrove

George H. Colgrove, 48, of Danville, passed away at 6:25pm August 17, 2005 at his residence. He was born May 20, 1957 in Rantoul, Illinois, the son of the late Robert and Mildred (Richmond) Colgrove. He married Deborah Ingalsbe on July 11, 1987 in Danville. George is survived by his wife, two sons, Robert and Scott Colgrove, both of Danville, one brother; Rick (Georgiana) Murray of Villa Grove, two sisters Linda (Chuck) Lokey of Danville, and Lucy (Larry) Harrison of Keystone Heights, Florida, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and best friend, John Ingalsby. George worked in maintenance for Springhill Cemetery for 18 Years and then for Schlarman High School for four years. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, 70-80s rock music, and loved yard work.
