Freddie E. Boller

Freddie E. Boller, 87, of Covington, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Franciscan Health Hospital, Lafayette. He was born on September 2, 1931 in Spencer, IN, the son of Reuben & Emma (Aaron) Boller. Fred was united in marriage to Mary Eileen Brookshire on June 6, 1954, she survives.

He will be dearly missed by daughters, Pat (Ray) Martin & Melinda (Aaron) Burke; grandchildren, Allison (Jerry) Walker, Phillip (Chasity) Myers, Tyler (Kali) Myers, Nathan Burke & Amelia Burke; great-grandchildren, Landon Nixon, Bryson Myers, Brook Myers, Lexi Stitt, Lane Stitt, Kayden Myers, Willow Myers, Leyton Walker & Paxton Walker. Fred was preceded in death by his parents; Daughter, Debra Sue Boller; Sisters, Mary Lyons & Evelyn Crouse; Brother, Lawrence W. Boller.

Fred was proud to serve his country as a boatswains mate second class in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church in Covington. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He always had a smile on his face and humor is his heart.

A Celebration of Freds life will be held at 10:00am EST on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Maranatha Baptist Church, 1111 Harrison St, Covington. Pastor Kenneth Jones will be officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm EST on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the church. He will be laid to rest in Mount Hope Cemetery.
