Frank Patellaro

Frank Patellaro, 61, of Danville, passed away at 11:40 PM on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at his residence. Frank was born on May 1, 1950 in Chicago, the son of Andrew and Virginia (McCormick) Patellaro. He married Lynn Weidner in 1971 then later married Constance Kuemmerle on December 6, 2008 in Danville. She survives. He is survived by his mother- Virginia Matousek of Mossville, IL, one son- Angelo (Christina) Patellaro of Fort Knox, KY, one daughter- Karolyn (Brian) Kaczorowski of Yuma, AZ, three brothers- Andrew (Rita) Patellaro Jr. of Birmingham, AL, Gary (Charlotte) Ambrose of Shreveport, LA and Guy (Nancy) Patellaro of Peoria, IL, two sisters- Ann Dove of Peoria, IL and Patrice Peterson of Lake in the Hills, three grandchildren, Vincent, Gabriel and Isaac Patellaro and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father- Andrew Patellaro and step-father- Ray Matousek. Frank attended Marion Catholic High School in McHenry, IL before enlisting in the Army to serve in Vietnam. After his time in the Army Frank became a journeyman electrician. He loved spending time talking to all his family. A visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 AM on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville. Cremation rites have been accorded.
