WESTVILLE- Helen (LeSage) Foyer, 93, of Westville, passed away on December 20, 2005, at her residence in Westville. Helen was born on September 6, 1912, in Sandy Run, PA, the daughter of Henry and Myrtle (Richir) LeSage. On September 6, 1930, Helen married Joseph R. Foyer in Bunsenville, IL. He preceded her in death in 1984. Helen was a loving housewife and homemaker and will be sadly missed by: her sister, Maria Petrus of Westville; her 4 grandchildren, Beth (John) Quigley of Bratlett, IL, Debra (Stanley) Michelin of Danville, Ramon (Leann) Foyer of Westville, and Michele (Dan) Schuster of Cary, IL; her daughter-in-law, Joan M. Foyer of Westville; her 9 great-grandchildren, Jessica and Shannon Quigley, Adrienne (Robert) Phelps, Catherine Michelin, Jerrica Johnson, Jenna Foyer, Katherine Schuster, Allison Whimpey, Emily Schuster; and one great-great grandchild due in January. She is preceded in death by her parents, her son Ramon L. Foyer (Sept 22, 1994), her three brothers; David, Leon, and Arthur, and her two sisters; Josephine and Maria. Helen was a life long member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Westville. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, baking Christmas cookies, playing card games, solving crossword puzzles, and playing bingo. Helen also enjoyed bird watching, and gardening. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and a BIG Bobby Knight fan, but most of all, Helen enjoyed being with her family. A celebration of Helens life will be 10:00am, December 24, 2005, at the Trinity United Church of Christ located at 311 Moses Ave in Westville. He will be laid to rest Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Visitation will be 5-8pm, Friday, December 23, 2005 at Sunset Souths Westville Chapel at 414 S. State St. in Westville. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donation by made in Helens name to the Trinity United Church of Christ in Westville.
