Flora M. Miller

Flora M. Miller, 68, of Tilton, IL, passed away at 7:22am on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at the Provena Covenant Hospital in Urbana, IL. She was born on November 29, 1942, in Sumiton, AL, the daughter of James and Vinnie (Holley) Anderson. Flora married Arthur Miller on May 3, 1958 in Henderson, KY, until his death on April 23, 1990. She is survived and will be missed by her mother, Vinnia, and Floras five children, Bret Miller, Bart (Lisa) Miller, Randy (Sara) Miller, Rusty (Tonya) Miller, and Terri (Scott) Hopkins. Her eleven grandchildren, Drew, Blake, Hannah, Katie, Chelsie, Abbey, Laine, Luke, Kari, Riley, Sydney, and one great granddaughter, Ava, also survive her. Her husband Arthur, and her father, James, preceded Flora in death. She drove a school bus for the Tilton, and Danville schools, retiring after several years of service. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, attending her grandchildrens sporting events, as well as being with the entire family. Floras children and family will be holding a celebration of her Life on Friday, January 28, 2011 at her residence. Per her wishes, she will be cremated at Sunsets onsite crematory.
