Evelyn Frances Starks Danville Evelyn Starks born June 29, 1927 in Newman, Ill, to Carl Charles and Mary Irene (Parker) Campbell, passed away July 4, 2015 in Danville. Evelyn enjoyed bowling, and is in the Danville Area Bowling Association Hall of Fame, a supporter of the Police Benevolence Program, enjoyed crafts, crocheting, and playing poker. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and especially loved the family get-togethers. Evelyn was a graduate of Villa Grove also studied to become an LPN through Lakeview School of Nursing and Lakeland Community College. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her dear children, Allen (Connie) Reed, Floyd (Cheryl) Hughes, David (Anita) Hughes, Rose Mary (Joe) Dietz, Kim (Dave) Klein; her loving grandchildren, Tammy (Troy) Edgar, Scott (Tammy) Barnes, Danny (Tonia) Barnes, Myndi (Chris) McMahon, Kristal (the late Jason) Reed, Jodi (Ryan) Reed, Justin (Carmen) Reed, Jerrad (Tashia) Reed, Bill (Sonoma) Board, Christina Board, Matt (Kelly) Hughes, Megan (Marlon) Hughes, Jake Hughes, Dusty (Candace) Hughes, and Shane Hughes; and by her 27 great grandchildren; and 2 great- great grandchildren; her brothers, Jack (Cheryl) Campbell, Jim Campbell; her sisters, Kathy (Junior) Barbee, Joyce (Ed) Runyan and Sharon (Don) Eckstrom; and too many special friends to mention, you all know who you are. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Mary Campbell; her daughter, Johnna Elliott; son in-law, Johnny Elliott; Grandson, Jason Reed; her siblings, Gary, Don, Gene, Janet, Ruth Ann, and Nancy. A Celebration of Evelyn's life will start with a visitation from 4 - 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 8 and her service 10 a.m., Thursdsay, July 9, with Pastor Raymie Gordon officiating at Sunset Funeral Home, 3940 N.
