Eva Lynn Myers

Eva Lynn Myers, 57, of Westville, passed away at 12:15pm, Thursday, September 5, 2013, at her home. She was born on November 10, 1955, in Danville, IL, the daughter of Ralph and Alice {Shepard} Day, both deceased. She was united in marriage to Homer D. Myers on February 14, 1982 in Wheatland, Wyoming, until his passing in 2010. She will be missed dearly by: her sons, James R. (Toni) Myers of Westville & Homer D. (Patty) Myers Jr. of Hillsboro, IN; her daughters, Bessie Missy” (Wayne) Ingalsbe, Abigail Reid, & Holly Phillips, all of Westville; her boyfriend, Don Reid of Westville; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Jenkins, Jo Myers, Alex Myers, Noah Kliner, Amanda Myers, Ayrika Myers, & Dylan Ingalsbe, and one soon-to-be great grandchild; and her brother, Fred Day of Westville. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Crystal Richardson. Eva worked as a nurse at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Danville. She was a member of the Amateur Pool Players Association. She loved to go fishing & camping, and just enjoyed being outdoors. She loved to take care of her flowers. Most of all, Eva cherished time spent with her family and grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, Georgetown, with Pastor James Blue officiating. As per her wishes, she will be cremated. Memorial donations may be given in Evas name to C.A.R.A.
