Eva Landers, 74, of Danville, passed away on February 14, 2016 peacefully at her home. She was born on May 31, 1941 in Danville, the daughter of Frank and Lucile (Kirkpatrick) Engel. She married William Landers on April 27, 1963 in Danville and he preceded her in death in 1994. Eva will be deeply missed by children, Timothy (Chris) Landers and Connie (Troy) Pearson, grandchildren; TJ Pearson, Ryan (Rachael) Pearson, Tyson Pearson and Morgan Landers, great-grandchildren; Landon Pearson, Alexis Pearson, Troy Pearson III, Sky Pearson and Saylor Pearson. Also one very special friend Jerry Crawford. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one infant son Kim Landers and a special friend Sue Paris. Eva graduated from Bismarck-Henning High School and was a life-long member of Bowman Avenue United Methodist Church. Eva worked at Elder Beerman for many years. She loved making crafts, playing BUNCO, square dancing, mushroom hunting and camping with her husband Bill. A celebration of Eva's life will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville with Pastor Zach McCrone officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Walnut Corner Cemetery.
