Eva J Norman

RIDGE FARM- Eva J. Norman, 95, passed away at 2:26am, on Thursday, October 5th, 2006, at Provena USMC in Danville. She was born the daughter of James and Emma (Stout) Loop on June 15th, 1911, in Metcalf, Illinois. She married John Norman on July 22nd, 1944, in Sidell, IL. He preceded her in death on September 4th, 1982. Those who survive her include: her daughter, Mary June Rumple of Ridge Farm, IL; her grandchildren, Chris Hanley & Brad Hanley; and her great grandchildren, Brittany, Michael, Shelby, & Tyler. She was preceded in death by her parents, her three sisters: Ethel Vaughn, Flora Rhode & Nellie Wyatt; and her two brothers: Forrest Bill Loop & Frank Loop. Eva was a graduate of Metcalf High School and a devoted member of the Ridge Farm Church of Christ. A celebration of Evas life will be held at 11:00am, Monday, October 9th, 2006, at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home in Georgetown. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 8th, 2006, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery of Indianola, IL. Memorial donations may be sent in Evas name to Ridge Farm Church of Christ.
