Eva "Genny" Wieck

Kingman, Ind. -- Eva "Genny" Wieck, 82, of Kingman, passed away at 5:06 p.m. CST Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville, Illinois. She was born May 20, 1927 in Wagner County, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Sybil and Anna Pranger McFarland. She married Edward E. Wieck on August 19, 1966 in Danville, Illinois. He preceded her in death on May 24, 1986. Survivors include three daughters, Melody Hillard of Bismarck, Illinois; Clellene(Steve)Schultz of Danville, Illinois and Dawn(Glenn)Robertson of Newport, Indiana; two sons, Thomas(Cheryl)Lancaster of Port Angeles, Washington and Ernest Wieck of Danville, Illinois; 19 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Tammy Wieck; three sons, Charles, Robert and Billy Lancaster and two brothers. Genny was a homemaker. She was a past member of the Cayuga American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, mushrooming and playing bingo. Funeral services: 5:30 p.m. EST Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Rev. William Lehman; Visitation: 3:30 p.m. EST until time of services Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date at Miller Cemetery in Lodi, Indiana.
