Eunice Quartier

WESTVILLE- Mrs. Eunice M. (Bossoloni) Quartier, 81 of Westville passed away at 10:55am on Sunday, February 5, 2006 at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL. She was born on July 7, 1924 in Westville, IL, the daughter of William and Mae (Welch) Bossoloni. Both her parents precede her in death. On September 10, 1949, Eunice married Mr. Charles Quartier in Westville where he still resides. Eunice leaves behind her husband Charles, of 55 years, her children; Earl Quartier of Westville, Dominic (Anita) Quartier of Naperville, IL, Scott (Kathryn) Quartier of Westville, and her daughter; Charla Quartier of Westville. She will also be missed by her two sisters; Elaine Bonebrake and Ethel Bossoloni, both of Westville, as well as her four grandchildren, Christopher, Adam, Bryce, and Daniel Quartier. Eunice is preceded in death by her brother and two sisters. Eunice was a graduate of Westville High School and received a two year degree from Utterback Business College, formerly of Danville. She was a dedicated homemaker and in her earlier years worked at Lincoln-Mercury Dealership of Danville. She was a member of the Westville Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed needle point, fishing, reading, working crossword puzzles, watching game shows and spending time with family and friends. A celebration of the life of Mrs. Eunice M. Quartier is scheduled for 10:00am on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at Sunsets South Westville Chapel located at 414 S. State St. in Westville. Officiating: Pastor Jim Blue. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. A family remembrance gathering is scheduled between 6-8pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made in Eunices name to the Westville Community Academic Foundation at 125 W. Ellsworth St. in Westville, or to the donors choice.
