Eunice Parke

Eunice V. Parke, 92, of Georgetown passed away at 3:38 p.m. Sunday, May 8, 2005 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. She was born on September 18, 1912 in Georgetown, IL the daughter of Alva and Alice Yoho Richardson. She married William S. Parke on March 28, 1933 in Georgetown, IL. He preceded her in death on June 13, 1989. Survivors include: two sons, Ronnie R. (Nicena) Parke of Georgetown and Larry D. (Mary Sue) Parke of Georgetown. Seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Robert A. Parke, an infant brother, and three great grandchildren. Eunice was a homemaker. She graduated from Georgetown High School and was a member of the First Church of Christ in Georgetown. Eunice enjoyed playing euchre, crocheting, knitting, embroidering, gardening, and mushroom hunting.
