Ethel White, 77, of Williamsport, IN, passed away at 3:00am (EST), Monday, October 18, 2021, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center, Danville, IL. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 19, 1944, the daughter of Leslie Rush and Katherine {Phillips} Rush. She was married to Carl White on October 2, 1964, until his passing. She will be missed by her children, Michael White, Teresa (Allen Cochrell) White, and Kathy (Kenneth) Jackson; her son-in-law, Mike OBanion; her 12 grandchildren, Mitchell, Tiffany, Kayla, Jordan, Bayley, Zack, Lindsey, Molly, Stephanie, Taryn, Kasey, & Kamron; her 16 great grandchildren; and her sister, Elizabeth Ping. She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Karla OBanion; her brother, Richard Rush; and Goldie Pauline Rush. Ethel was a homemaker and really enjoyed going camping. She enjoyed sewing and had a craft room in her home. A celebration of Ethels life will be held at 3:00pm, Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Covington, Indiana 420 3rd St. Covington, Indiana 47932. Visitation will be held one hour prior to her service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Gundy Cemetery, Bismarck, IL.
