She was an amazing cook and if you left her house hungry that was your fault, as there was always plenty to eat. Everyone that knew Et was aware she had an open-door policy. Whether you needed a place to stay, a home-cooked meal, or a cocktail and chat, you could always count on Et. Ethel cherished the time she was able to spend with her family and friends. Ethel will be terribly missed by all that knew her, she touched many hearts. "A bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck, that's how much I love you."
