Emma Caroline Turner, 2, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away at 5:05pm, Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at Phoenix Childrens Hospital, Arizona. She was born on June 30, 2008, the daughter of Lance and Jill{Moody} Turner, who will miss her very much. She will also be missed by: her maternal great grandparents, Don & Dorothy Wheeler of Georgetown; her paternal great grandmother, Eunice Reynolds of Reidsville, NC; her maternal grandparents, Linda (Randy) Gardner of Vermilion Grove & Paul (Julie) Moody of Loxahatchee, FL; her paternal grandparents, Robert & Shirley Turner of Reidsville, NC; her aunt, Valerie (Adam) Winland of Georgetown; her uncle, Brian (Charlotte Baker) Turner of Reidsville, NC; and her cousins, Benjamin & Christopher Winland of Georgetown. Emma loved listening to music and enjoyed watching the Wiggles. She loved the beach and being in the water. She had fun playing with her tea set and enjoyed going on buggy rides with her Popa. She loved her family and friends deeply. A Celebration of Emmas life will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, October 23, 2010, at Vermilion Grove Friends Meeting in Vermilion Grove, IL, with Pastor James Walker officiating. She will be laid to rest in Vermilion Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family wishes donations be made in Emmas name to donors choice or to Duke Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Family Support Program of Durham, NC.
