Elvera Ellen Duke

Elvera E. Duke, 99, of Danville, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Colonial Manor in Danville. She was born on November 21, 1921 the daughter of Roy and Beatrice Faulk in Danville. Elvera married Glenn M. Duke, of Oakwood, on March 3, 1950. He passed away on January 1, 1984.

Also preceding Elvera in death include her parents, two sisters, and one niece.

She leaves behind nieces and nephew, Judy Kincaid, Kathy Lawton, Pat Maass, and James Graham, as well as many great nieces and nephews.

Elvera worked at Illinois Printing for 14 years and later worked at Recording and Statistical for 27 years, retiring in December of 1983. She was also a member of the Danville United Church of Christ.

Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834 has been entrusted with arrangements. Per Elveras wishes she will be cremated.
