Elsie Kaugher

Elsie Kaugher, 91, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville. She was born on April 29, 1929, the daughter of Frances (Maxwell) and Joseph Dixon in Scranton, Pennsylvania. They precede her in death.

Also preceding her in death is her husband, George Kaugher who passed in 2004.

Elsie leaves behind her daughter, Penny (Jeff) Rambole; two grandchildren, Janelle (Aaron) Biggs and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Rambole; six great grandchildren, Ethan Biggs, Elizabeth Biggs, Eric Biggs, Maddie Rambole, and Kate Rambole; as well as a close friend Sally Friedrich.

Elsie spent her time doing puzzles with her caretaker, Linda and she loved to sew. She will be missed by her family.

Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834 has been entrusted with arrangements. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville.
