Elijah L. Hooker

Elijah Levi Hooker, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020. He was born on January 22, 2020 the son of Brandon Hooker and Ashlyn Garza.

During his short 57 days on earth he touched so many hearts. Elijiah loved to cuddle and be loved. He was a Grandmas Boy. Elijah laughed and smiled a lot, especially in his sleep. He loved to play "opossum" where he would fake being asleep until mom or dad would call him out. He was loved so much and will be missed dearly.

Elijah leaves behind both of his parents; paternal grandparents, Tonya and Bobby Hooker; maternal grandpa, Angel Garza; aunts and uncles, Miley Peplow, Austin Garza, Anthony Garza, Zander Hooker, Xavier Hooker, Damon Hooker, Sadies Hooker, and William Wombles; and many cousins.

Elijah is preceded in death by his maternal grandma, Catherine Crose.

A private family graveside will be held for Elijah at Sunset Memorial Park. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834 have been entrusted with arrangements.
