Eleanor Bernard

Eleanor Bernard, 76, of Danville passed away on Wednesday February 28, 2018 at OSF HealthCare Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville. Eleanor was born on May 15th, 1941 the daughter of Eileen Anderson in Danville. Eleanor leaves behind her three sons Bill (Lisa) Bernard, Mike Bernard and Robert (Jeannette) Bernard, one daughter Lori Bernard, six grandchildren; Jennifer, Jake, Ava, Conner, Caleb, Grace, Tiffany, Brittany and many great grandchildren. Eleanor was preceded in death by her mom and her granddaughter Kristin and grandson Abraham. Eleanor enjoyed quilting, knitting, going fishing with her kids and watching old westerns on TV. She loved her family and spending time with them, she will be missed by everyone who knew her. A Celebration of Eleanor's life will be held on Wednesday March 7th, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 3940 N Vermilion St Danville at 7pm. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the service from 5-7 pm. Cremation will follow the service.
