Eileen D. Paris, 90, of Danville, passed away at 1:40am, Monday, January 23, 2012 at the Hawthorne Inn in Danville. She was born on December 4, 1921, in Springfield, IL, the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Duchene) Broderick. Both are deceased. Eileen married Dr. Arthur F. Paris on November 27, 1947 in Springfield, IL. He preceded her in death on February 23, 1992. Survivors include three sons: Gary (Carol) Paris of Washington, NC & their children, Caryn (Jeff) Isenhower, Darin Paris; Mark (Pat) Paris of Danville, IL & their children, Sean Paris & Shane Paris; Scott Paris of Covington, IN & his children, Holly Paris & Nick Paris. Five daughters: Jan (Randy) Awker of Algonquin, IL; Jill (John) Linck of Madison, WI & their children, Michael Linck & Bree Linck; Dawn Reed of Lafayette, IN & her children, Trish (Judson) Clinton, Ashton Reed, Austin Reed, & Brin Reed; Joy (David) Patten of Danville, IL & their children, Aaron Patten & Alex Patten and Camilla (Mike) Saban of Orland Park, IL & their children, Samantha Saban & Francesca Saban; and one great-grandchild Reed Clinton, her special friend, James Stovall, and many friends also survive Eileen. In addition to her parents and husband, Arthur, three brothers; Reginald, Edgar, Jimmie Broderick, and two sisters; Virginia Crouch and Rita Furlong preceded Eileen in death. She was a graduate of the Sacred Heart Academy and a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Danville. She was a devoted house wife that loved her family, church family, and will be missed by all that knew her. A Catholic Mass with Christian Burial has been scheduled for 10:00am on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at St. Paul's Catholic Church located at 1302 N. Walnut St. in Danville with burial to follow at Danville National Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be from 4-7pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home, located at 3940 N.
