Edward L. Tellier, 66, of Oakwood awoke at 3:24pm Friday October 21, 2005, in the presence of the Lord and his Savior. Though he will be greatly missed, we rejoice in the peace of knowing he has gone home. Edward was born March 12, 1939 in Danville the son of the late Andrew D. and Rosemary (Cox) Tellier. He married Paula J. Lewis on October 6, 1962 in Danville. He is survived by his wife, four children; Debi (Bart) Lock, Fithian, David E. (Tracie) Tellier, Oakwood, Angie (Matthew) Jones, Oakwood, Amy (Dale) Wise, Fithian; eleven grandchildren, Meagan and Michelle Lock, Katelyn and Hailey Tellier, Justin, Peyton, Bryce, Morgan and Dana Jones, Emily and Cameron Wise; one brother, Andrew D. (Nancy) Tellier Jr. of New York. He was preceded in death by his parents. Edward worked as an engineer at Heatcraft retiring with 40 years of service. He was a veteran of the United States Navy from 1958 " 1961 serving aboard the USS Des Moines. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church. He dearly loved his grandkids. Edward enjoyed camping, fishing, boating and mushroom hunting. He was a member of the Vermilion Fishing Club, Fairmount Conservation Club and the USS Des Moines CA 134 Alumni Association
