Edward 'Hoke' Hildreth

Edward "Hoke" Hildreth of Urbana IL. passed away on April 24, 2018 in Urbana. Hoke was born on November 18, 1930 in Champaign IL. the son of Melvin and Ruth Hildreth. He is survived by Martha his wife of 48 years, children; Sandy Cunningham, Charlie Weling, Michelle (Christopher) Gilliam, grandchildren; Davan Cunningham, Haley Cunningham, Mercedes Richardson, Alexandria Richardson, great-grandchildren; Fallon Kastro and Major Kastro, brother Buck and sister Joyce. Hoke was an avid outdoorsman he enjoyed hunting, fishing and archery, winning several target and field tournaments. He was the owner of Hoke's Heating and Air in Urbana retiring in 1995. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Alfred, sisters Virginia, Delores, Myrtle and Barbara and stepson Brian Marcum. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Hokes name to The Alzheimer's Association act.alz.org/donate A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 710 N.
