Edna Kathryn Dalle

Edna Kathryn Dalle, 89, went to be with her Lord and Savoir at 8:22 PM on October 16, 2022 in Danville, IL.

Edna was born on September 16, 1933 the daughter of Guy and Mary (McMasters) Bussard in Danville, IL. She married Gilbert "Gene" Dalle on February 24, 1962 in Danville and he preceded her in death on September 14, 1996.

Survivors include her daughters, Crystal (Gary) Lockard of Danville, IL and Laura (Glenn) Campanile of Phoenix, AZ, four grandchildren, Carly Lockard, Jacob (Sarah) Lockard, Nic Campanile and Allison Campanile as well as three great grandchildren, Cora, Chloe and Clair Lockard and one sister, Doris (Romy) Rommerskirchen.

Edna is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Gilbert "Gene" Dalle and two brothers, Bill Bussard and Everett "Bud" Bussard.

Edna is a member of Faith Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher for many years. She was well known for her baking skills, especially her pies, and enjoyed quilting. Edna loved to spend time with her family and friends and looked forward to her weekend lunches with her girlfriends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834. Pastor Al Rudie will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 5-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
