Edna Black

Edna Louise Black, of Danville, passed away at 9:35 a.m. Sunday, April 3, 2005 at Provena U.S.M.C. - Logan Campus in Danville. She was born in Danville, Illinois, the daughter of Oscar C. and Hulda C. (Fern) Larson. She married J. Harold Black on July 17, 1934 in Monticello, Illinois. Harold preceded her in death on December 30, 1987. Edna worked for Illinois Bell for 35 years, retiring as Chief Operator. She is survived by: 2 Sisters- E. Lorraine Garowski of Westville and G. Maxine Domgall of Danville and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Her Parents, 1 Brother and 5 Sisters preceded her in death.
