Earl F. Stout Earl F. Stout, 56, of Danville IL. passed away at 9:25 am. December 29, 2013 at Presence United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville. Earl was born May 12, 1957, in Aurora, IL. Surviving is one daughter; Rachel (Joshua) Lane, and one son; Steven (Brandi Lubbers) Stout, one granddaughter Allison Harris, one brother; Rudi (Rhonda) Stout, one niece; Kristi Stout Harris, and one nephew; Marcus Stout. He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Mary Stout. Earl went to Buckley Loda High School. He was a graduate of Foley-Belsaw Locksmithing institute and Southern Steel Lock Company with a diploma in Prison Lock Servicing. He enjoyed being a lock smith, playing with his granddaughter Allison, and watching television and spending time with his family he was always fun, loving, and caring. A Celebration of Earls life will be held at Federation Church in Paxton, IL. at 11:00 am. Saturday January 4.
