Earl A. Stevens

Earl A. Stevens, 66, of Champaign, Illinois, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Earl was born on October 19, 1956, to Bryan Sr. and Beverly. Earl graduated from Centennial High School in 1974, then started his lifelong career at Kraft Foods, spanning nearly

four decades.

In 1998, Earl met Marion and they married in 1999. They shared 24 beautiful years together and grew more in love each day. Earl and Marion shared a passion for dog rescue and Earl dedicated the last decade of his life to carrying out their dream of helping every dog find a home. Earl will be remembered for his kind heart and compassion and will be missed dearly.

Earl was predeceased by his parents Bryan and Beverly, his brother Mark, and his many dogs that crossed the rainbow bridge before him. He is survived by his wife Marion, his sons Michael (Erica), Paul (Ashley), Bryan (Kelli), and Mark (Sarah), his siblings Bryan (Mona) and Diane, his grandchildren Alyssa and Chloe, and his pets CJ, Minnie, Petey, and George.

A service will be held at Sunset Funeral Home 710 N. Neil St. Champaign, IL. 61820 on Saturday, June 17th 2023 at 5 pm with a viewing from 2-5 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Moores Rescue Ranch, a dog rescue organization Earl felt strongly about. (Moores Rescue Ranch, 3113 N Market St, Champaign, IL 61822)
