Cayuga, Ind. - Doris Lenora Webb, 90, of rural Cayuga, Indiana passed away at 11:36 a.m. EST Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Union Hospital Clinton in Clinton, Indiana. She was born July 23, 1926 in Cayuga, Indiana the daughter of the late Julius Sinclair and Artie (Middlemas) Aldrich. Doris married James Arthur Webb on November 4, 1941 in Newport, Indiana. He preceded her in death on August 3, 2003. Survivors include her daughter, Reva (Freeman) Newell of Cayuga, Indiana; two sons, James Richard (Priscilla) Webb and Steven Ray (Kathy) Webb both of Perrysville, Indiana; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Doris was preceded in death by her three brothers. Doris was a homemaker. She helped her parents run Aldrich General Store in rural Cayuga, and her husband on their farm. Doris enjoyed quilting; embroidering and watching her grandchildren. Funeral services: Noon EST Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Burial: Hughes Cemetery in rural Perrysville, Indiana; Visitation: 11 a.m. EST Tuesday, January 10, 2017 until time of services.
