Donna Jean Jones

Donna Jean Neff Jones, 56, passed away on December 29,2021. She was born on February 4, 1965 to William Melvin and Hazel Rudolph Neff in Danville, IL.

Donna is survived by her husband, Martin Jones; mother, Hazel Davan; and brother Michael Neff. She is preceded in death by her father, William Neff; brother, Melvin Neff; sister-in-law, Karla Neff; and stepfather, Warren Davan.

Donna grew up in Danville and graduated from Danville High School in 1983. She married and divorced Donnie Stear. She later married Martin Jones, they lived in Louisiana and were married for 27 years. Donna worked as a waitress for several years then fell ill to diabetes. She believed in God and was a loving wife, daughter, and sister. She would do anything for the people she loved. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834. Officiating will be Pastor Jim Boudouris. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Visitation will be held just prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
