Donald C. Thompson

Lafayette, Ind. - Donald C. Thompson, 71, of Lafayette, passed away at 11:28 a.m. EDT Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospital East in Lafayette. He was born March 24, 1942 in Fountain County, Indiana, the son of the late Marcus W. and Helen Witsman Thompson. Survivors include one sister, Cathy Bowlin and one brother, Fred(Glenda)Thompson both of Lafayette, Indiana; nieces and nephews, Tony Bowlin, Hillary Basden, Mark Thompson, Kenny Thompson, Jeff Thompson, Keith Thompson and Kelli Hodgsen. Donald attended Cates grade school and the Mount Herman Church in Howard, Indiana. He loved watching the Atlanta Braves and Chicago Cubs. Donald also enjoyed reading and spending time with his family. Graveside services and burial: 10 a.m. EDT Saturday, May 4,2013 at Miller Cemetery in Lodi, Indiana; Officiating: Rev.
