Donald C. Cunningham

Donald C. Cunningham, 85 of Danville passed away at 12:30 p.m. Friday March 11, 2005 at North Logan Healthcare. He was born September 15, 1919 in Alvin, the son of Claude and Jennie Claypool Cunningham. He married Lucille A. McCoy on November 25, 1943 in Danville. Donald is survived by two sons, Dale W. (Carolyn) Cunningham of Boynton Beach, FL, Marvin Speed' (Pat) Livingston of Glenn Allen, VA Four grandchildren, Chris (Leslie) Cunningham of Buffalo Grove, Mathew Cunnigham of the United States Marine Corps, Kevin Skip' (Shannon) Livingston of Richmond, Virginia, ten Great-grandchildren. Also surviving three brothers, Art (Pat) Cunningham of Danville, Wayne (Jean) Cunningham of Danville and Dale Cunningham of Novato, Ca. and one sister Anna (Bill) Brown of Danville. He was preceded in death by Lucille, both of his parents; an infant brother George w. Cunningham; and three sisters, Ruby Teeters, Clara Mae Le May and Lavon Monroe. Donald spent his entire career on the Chicago & Eastern Illinois Railroad and its successors. He was a veteran of WW II. Donald was blessed in life with two very special friends: Norma Bell of Akron Mi., and Loren (Junior) Elliot of Danville.
