Dixie Lee Cunningham

Dixie Lee Cunningham, 56, of Danville passed away on June 24, 2007 at Helia Healthcare in Urbana. Dixie was born October 31, 1950 in Danville daughter of Arthur Burton and Anna Mae Hazelbaker Cunningham. Survivors include step mother Pat Cunningham; Gary & Janice Smith and Family; Don & Betty Siddens and Family; and many nieces, nephews & cousins. Dixie was preceded in death by her parents. Dixie was a 69 graduate of Rossville High School and had worked for Old National, spent many years at Walgreens Accounting, The Rock Church, and most recently Dr. Hensolds Office. Dixie was a worship leader for many years at The Rock Church in Danville. She enjoyed playing guitar and singing, photography, landscaping, and loved her cats Katie & Jackson. A Celebration of Dixies Life will be held at 10:30 am Friday, August 10, 2007 at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion St. Danville with Pastor Randy Downing officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Manns Chapel following the service. Memorial may be made to the Danville Humane Society.
