Dien Thi Phan

Dien Thi Phan, 67 of Champaign, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 7th, 2025.

Dien was born on July 26, 1958, in Vietnam to her parents, Phan Binh and Phan Thi Bo.

Dien is survived by her loving husband Quang Vu, her Daughters, Thuy, and Holly, Sons, Thanh

Son, Tim, and Phong. Her grandchildren: Camden, Brendan, Carson, Everly, London, and Milan.

Dien was a gentle person with a fiercely independent spirit. She loved to laugh and enjoy life to the fullest. Her passion for traveling and photography left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Mom, your memory will live on in all our hearts forever.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center’s Mahomet Chapel, 1102 Churchill Rd. Mahomet, IL 61853.
