Diana Mae Leisch

Diana Mae Leisch 67, of Westville, passed away at 1:45 p.m. Saturday June 21, 2008 at Vermilion Manor Nursing Home. She was born June 7, 1941 in Danville the daughter of Joseph and Gladys Foote Estes. She married Tim E. Leisch on January 20, 1984 he survives. Also surviving include: her daughter, Tia (Terry) Herrington of Oakland, IL; two sons, Jeffery (Sylvia) Lathrop of Clemmons, GA, and Stanley (Debbie) Lathrop of Danville; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; one brother, Vernell (Mary) Estes of Henning; two sisters, Elizabeth Hebert of Nederland, TX, and JoEllyn (William) ONeil of Danville. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother in-law Richard Hebert. Diana worked as a home healthcare aid and previously worked at C.C. L. for 20 years. She was a member of the First Church of Christ in Catlin, Diana enjoyed flea markets, cooking, reading and shopping on QVC Network. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with Family and her precious pup Amber Lynn. A celebration of life funeral service for Diana will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday June 25, 2008 at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel of Westville. Burial will be in the Danville National Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be 4-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to ht e American Cancer Society.
