Cayuga, Ind. - Diana Lynn Haworth, 63, of Cayuga, passed away at 4:30 a.m. EST Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Rockville Nursing and Rehab Center in Rockville, Indiana. She was born January 1, 1950, in Danville, Illinois, the daughter of Christina M. Smith Allen and Samuel E. Runyan. She married Michael D. Haworth on November 25, 1967 in Danville, Illinois. He survives. Other survivors include her children; Troy Haworth, Shawn(Leticia)Haworth and Tina Haworth, all of Cayuga, Indiana; her mother, Christina Allen of Danville, Illinois; five grandchildren; Lauren, Malayna, Brayden, Aleah and Maycie; two brothers, Samuel(Carol)Runyan, Jr. of Danville, Illinois and Robert(Donna)Runyan of Paris, Illinois. Diana was preceded in death by her father, Samuel E. Runyan; step father, Orville Allen; sister, Sandra Kay Runyan; sister in law, LaDonna Carr and brother in law, Allen Haworth. Diana was a dietary manager in the Danville area for the past 25 years. She was a 1969 graduate of Danville High School. Diana was a member of the Cayuga Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her three dogs, and being with her friends and family. Funeral services: 2 p.m. EST Monday, November 18, 2013 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Rev. William Lehman; Burial: Thomas Cemetery, Newport, Indiana; Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. EST Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the funeral home.
