Diana Gleichman, 59, of Chicago, IL formerly of Danville, passed away on Friday night June 5, 2015 after a long battle at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago, IL. due to her congenital heart defect. Diana was born in Danville, IL the daughter of Jack and Nancy Fullen. She married the love of her life James Gleichman on April 11th, 1987 in Maui, Hawaii he survives. Also surviving Diana are three brothers; Jack Jr "Butch" (Tracy) Fullen of Bismarck, Mark (Lisa) Fullen of Naples, Fl. and Louie (Leann) Fullen of Danville; five sisters Jackie (Tim) Prunkard of Fairmount, Glenda "Sissy" Feutz of Danville, Marsha (Richard) Yetter of Corydon, IN, Karen (Rick) Shultz of Westville, and Sandra (Mike) Crabb of Carmel, IN; sixteen nieces and nephews; twelve great nieces and nephews; one great great nephew and two great great nieces. Diana was preceded in death by her father Jack. Diana graduated from Danville High School and received her Bachelor of Science from Lewis University. She retired from Pepsi in 2013 where she was a Systems Analyst. Diana was a member of First Christian Church of Downers Grove, she was very active in various charity work traveling to Romania to work at an orphanage. Diana loved working with children and the school reading program. She loved to spend time with family and truly loved to travel. A Celebration of Diana's life will be held on Tuesday June 9th, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center at 10 am. With a visitation at the Funeral Home on Monday June 8th, 2015 at 4-8 pm.
