Georgetown, Ill. -- Delores "Evelyn" Neal, 81, of Georgetown, passed away at 1:20 a.m. CDT Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Pleasant Meadows Christian Village in Chrisman, Illinois. She was born December 21, 1929 in Clinton, Indiana, the daughter of the late Clifford and Helen Reddy Conner. She married Jack Neal on August 28,1948 at St. Mary of The Woods. He preceded her in death on March 8, 1999. Survivors include her children: Karris(Donald Junior)Ellis, Danny Neal and Cliff(Diane)Neal all of Ridge Farm, Illinois; Max(Tina)Neal of Tolono, Illinois; John(Tina)Neal of Tucson, Arizona and Mary Neal of Lexington, Kentucky; Several grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters, Virginia, Shirley and Gayle and one brother, Frank. Evelyn was preceded in death by her infant son, Lawrence; son, Larrance; granddaughter, Diana Ellis; three sisters, Bertha Jane, Emma and Marlene. Evelyn was a homemaker. She enjoyed watching John Wayne movies and spending time with her family and many friends. She will be missed and loved dearly. Funeral services: Noon (Indiana Time) Saturday, May 28, 2011 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Rev. Keith Klossner; Burial: Whitlock Cemetery in rural Georgetown, Illinois; Visitation: 10 a.m. (Indiana Time) Saturday, May 28, 2011 until time of services at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, C/O Mrs. J.
