Deea White

Deea I. White, 72, of Danville passed away at 4:25 am in her home with family by her side on February 24, 2015. She was born July 21, 1942 to Arthur and Anges (Hummer) Creviston in Danville, IL . Deea was united in marriage to William “Bill” White on May 24, 1968 he survives. Deea is also survived by three sons Larry Dwayne, William Doyle (Wendy Pascual) and David Eugene (Amanda); two sisters Diana (Bob) Pierce and Carolyn Nightlinger; Sister in law, Julie Creviston, nine grandchildren, Allen David White, Dustin Reel, Timmy Swank Jr., James Allan White, Jennifer Pollard, Jeremy Hance, Jamie Nixon, Ashley Pascual, Brittany Pascual, and 14 great grand children, many nieces and nephews. Deea wa preceded in death by her parents; her step father Forrest Neibarger, who loved her as his own; two brothers Arthur and Billy Creviston; one sister Barbra Jean Peters; one granddaughter Tabitha Stonebraker White. Deea enjoyed square dancing with the Village Square Dancers and Hootin Owls, she also enjoyed Cro Knitting, camping , hosting her famous weenie roasts with all her family and friends. Most of all Deea loved spending time with her family and watching her humming bird feeders. Deea previously worked at Continental Filling, where she met the love of her life, not knowing at the time they would spend the next 46 years together. Deea retired from TeePak in 2002 after 30 years of service. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Carle Hospice for their loving care that they provided not only to Deea but to her family. Special appreciation is extended to her grand daughter Jacque Hance and Niece, Angel White for the love and care they provided the past few months. A celebration of Deeas life will be held at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center on Friday February 27, 2015 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Pastor Scott McCurdy. Visitation will be 9:00 am until 11:00 am. at Sunset Funeral Home Friday prior to the service. Deea will be laid to rest not far from her home, in Greenwood Cemetery.
