Darold W. Miller

WESTVILLE- Darold W. Miller, 75 of Westville, passed away at 5:30pm on Thursday, January 4, 2007 at the Vermilion Manor Nursing Home in Tilton. Mr. Miller was born in Brazil, Ind, on April 29, 1931, the son of Herbert and Terty (Stevens) Miller. Both his parents precede him in death. On April 9 1982, Darold married Ms. Deloris Mayo. She preceded him in death March 8, 1995. Survivors include his son; David (Tonya) Miller of Westville, his daughter; Christina (Andrew) Hill of Danville, his seven grandchildren; Jacob Miller, Adam Miller, Brandon Wait, Brian Wait, Lee Anthony Wait, Jordan Hill, Jessy Hill and his two great-grandchildren; Celina D. and Caius Wait. Also surviving is Darolds brother; Harold (Pauline) Miller of Hegeler. Four brothers and two sisters precede Darold in death. Darold worked as a machinist, including employment at the Hysters Factory of Danville for a period of time. He attended the Westville First Church of Christ. Darold loved to watch Westerns of any kind. He enjoyed keeping busy by working and spending time with his family and friends. A celebration of Darolds life is scheduled for 11:00am on Monday, January 8, 2007 at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home located at 200 E. West St. in Georgetown. Final resting place will be at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Visitation will be held between 9:00am until time of service
