Danny Keele

Danny Keele, 55, of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, formerly of Danville, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2010. In the Virgin Islands He was born on September 30, 1955, the son of Robert L. and Daisy M. (Cook) Keele. Danny is survived and will be missed by his two sons, Darren and Christopher Keele, both of Danville, his brother, Bobby Cook, of Danville, and his three sisters, Vicky (Larry) Nickle of Covington, IN, Sandy (Ed) McIntyre of Leesville, S.C., and Tammy Keele (Gene Nelson) of Danville. He is also survived by his six nieces, Terri, Robin, Crystal, Traci, Jennifer, Amber, and five nephews, Richard, Brian, Scott, Jason, and Brandon. His parents and both paternal and maternal grandparents preceded Danny in death. While in Danville, Danny was employed with Ideal Alarm Company, and was presently working with ADT Alarm Systems in the Virgin Islands. He enjoyed skeet shooting, computers, and the beach. A Celebration of Danny Keeles Life will begin at 2:00pm on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 3940 N. Vermilion Street in Danville with Pastor James Blue officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be from 1:00pm until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. As per Dannys wishes, cremation rites will be performed at Sunsets onsite crematory under the immediate direction of Sunset funeral Home and Cremation Center.
