Danny A. Snook Sr.

Danny A. Snook Sr., 68, of Westville, passed away at 10:28am, Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Presence USMC, Danville. He was born the son of William H. and Ada M. {Cadle} Snook. He is survived by: his sons, Danny (Rebecca) Snook Jr. of Mahomet, IL & David (Alicia) Snook of Danville; his grandchildren, Ashley Snook, Addieson Snook, Ryan Snook, & Erik Snook; his brother, Charles "Bill" (Linda) Snook of Westville; and his sister, Susan Mackiewicz of Westville. He was preceded in death by: his father, William; his sister, Patricia Snook; and grandson, Lukas Snook. Danny had formerly worked at McLane Midwest. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and cooking out. He was a big fan of the Chicago Cubs. A celebration of Danny's life will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, May 16, 2016, at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, Westville, with Pastor James Blue officiating. Visitation will be 12pm-2pm on Monday prior to his service at the funeral home. Donations may be given to his family to assist with purchase of a marker.
