Daniel Fourez

Oakwood Daniel Fourez, 70, of Oakwood passed away at 1:30 AM at Gardenview Manor on March 20, 2023.

Daniel was born on October 24, 1952 the son of Everett and Betty (Dunn) Fourez in Oakwood, IL. He married Debbie Wills on March 17, 1973 in Oakwood, IL and she preceded him in death on August 20, 2008.

Survivors include his son, Craig Fourez of Oakwood, IL, his daughter, Crystal Saults of Scottdale, AZ, four siblings, Barbara Hill of Urbana, IL, Jerry (Christine) Fourez of Danville, IL, Robin (Jeff) Turner of Tilton, IL and Karen (James) Dubree of Carbondale, IL, as well as three grandchildren, Nickolas Saults, Emily Saults and Robert Doggett.

Daniel is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Debbie Fourez and one brother, Kevin Fourez.

Daniel was retired from Hudson Technologies and enjoyed spending his free time being out on his boat, as well as camping, fishing and watching NASCAR races.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 5-7:00 PM on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Sunsets Oakwood Chapel, 105 E. South Main Street Oakwood, IL. As per Daniels wishes, cremation rites will follow visitation and burial will be at a later date in Sunset Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation.
