Daisy B. Cline

Daisy B. Cline, 89, of Danville, passed this Life at 4:05am on Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Provena USMC in Danville. She was born in Danville, IL on August 6, 1921, the daughter of Hainan and Lottie (Holycross) Ritter. On April 12, 1942, Daisy married Keith Pappy Cline. He preceded her in death on October 10, 1992. Survivoring family includes her two daughters, Linda Thompson, and Brenda (Scott) Williams. Her six grandchildren, Bill (Terri) Pankow, Jerry (Trish) Pankow, John Pankow, Keith (Joanie) Williams, Shawn Williams, and Misty (Bill) Klein. Eleven great grandchildren, Amy (Mike) Stark, Tyson, Brad, and Ashley Pankow, Ryan Williams, Corey, and Blake Pankow, Samantha, and William Klein, Preston, and Hailee Williams, and her four great-great grandchildren, Joey, and Jeremiah Pankow, and Logan, and Jackson Stark. Her parents, two brothers, Charles and Roy Ritter, and her sister, Thelma Bracewell preceded Daisy in death. Daisy was a homemaker and enjoyed being around her family, including camping with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting, watching NASCAR, Wrestling, and HGTV. She will be missed by all that knew her. A Celebration of Daisy B. Clines Life will begin at 2:00pm on Friday, August 13, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home, located at 3940 N. Vermilion St. in Danville with burial to follow at Oakhill Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8pm on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at the funeral home.
