Danville; Cynthia Elaine (Sapp) Pratt, 58, of Danville, went home with her Lord and Savior at 10:17 am on Monday, October 29th, 2012 at her residence. Cynthia was born November 1, 1954 in Danville, the daughter of Robert and Barbara Jean Kittell Sapp. Survivors include her two children, Diana (Tim) McFall of Kansas City, Missouri and James (Angie Kolosky) Pratt of Danforth, Illinois; one brother, Gary Hardesty of Ridge Farm, one sister, Sandy Best of Danville; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; one niece, Jennifer Studholme of Danville, and one nephew, Robby Sapp of Olivet. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Cynthia was a lifelong resident of Vermilion County. She previously worked at the Head Start program in Danville. She loved being with her friends and family, playing cards, board games, and most of all, loved Church and the Lord. Rest in peace, Cynthia, with your Lord and Savior. A celebration of the life of Cynthia Pratt will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, November 2, 2012 at the First Assembly of God in Danville. Officiating will be Pastor Dave Rumley. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. As per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded. Memorials may be made in Cynthia's name to the youth ministry at either the First Assembly of God Church or Life Church of Danville.
