Connie Mosay

Connie S. Mosay, 70, of Oakwood, passed away at her home with family by her side on Monday April 20th, 2015 in the early morning. Connie was born the daughter of Charles and Nora (Feeler) Pruitt in Danville, IL. Connie left behind three children; Jeanette (Larry) Arnold, James Bailey and Jimmy(Tammy Culp) Mosay Jr.; one brother Earl Dean (Donna) Pruitt; one sister, Delores (Robert) Curry ; eight grandchildren Larry Arnold II, Brielle Arnold, Heaven Bailey, Hope Bailey, Glorie Bailey, Grace Bailey, Brandon Howard and Shelby Mosay; three great grandchildren Ramsay Arnold, Emma Fisher and Jackson Curry. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, four brothers and one granddaughter Modisty K. Arnold. Connie enjoyed watching the cubs, doing puzzles, hunting mushrooms, doing things in her yard and her cat Babs. Connie will be remembered as independent, strong and loving she will be missed by all. A Celebration of Connie's life will take place at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home, at 10:00am. on Friday April 24th , 2015 with Charlie Strange officiating. Burial in New Town Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 4:00pm until 7:00pm on Thursday April, 23rd, 2015 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in Connie's name to Carl Cancer Center in Champaign.
