Connie was a lifetime member of the Olivet Church of the Nazarene where she devoted her time to many ministries including Sunday School Superintendent, Church Board, and Womens Ministries. She got the most joy from coordinating Vacation Bible School and working with teens in the Church. Connie had a kind and graceful heart which had a lasting impact on the lives of the many of the youth she ministered to over the years. Connie loved spending time with her grandchildren and preserving memories by taking pictures of them. In her spare time, she enjoyed feeding her birds and chickens, working in her flower gardens, and hunting for a good garage sale. Her favorite pastime was scrapbooking pictures of her family. Friends and family will fondly remember her themed backyard parties and her love of playing Bunco. A celebration of Connies life will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Olivet Church of the Nazarene, 5054 Olivet Road, Georgetown, IL 61846 with Pastor James Blue officiating.
