Colin Fisher

Colin James Sparky Fisher passed away on Thursday May 13, 2010 at Provena USMC Logan Campus. He was born on January 13, 2010 in Urbana, IL, the son of Bill T. Welsh and Autumn Fawn Fisher. Survivors include his parents, of Indianola, IL, his three brothers, Andrew Welsh, Matthew Welsh, and Matthew Fisher, his three sisters, Amanda Welsh, Alli Gray, and Melody Fisher, grandparents, Peggy and John Welsh of Coitsville, OH and William T. Welsh Jr. of Youngstown, OH, aunts, Heather Hagens of Pulaski, PA, Suzanne (Jason) Perkey of Youngstown, OH, and Jennifer (Jay) Delfosse of Farrell, PA, a great great aunt, Dolores S. Nech of Coitsville, OH, and many cousins. Sparky is a little angel and is living among them now. He exemplified perfect love. He was a beautiful and happy baby. He will be missed very mush by his mommy and daddy. The family would like to thank all of the neighbors and everyone else who has helped in their time of grief.
